Prancing Pony Toys will send you an e-mail confirmation when your order is received and second e-mail when your order has shipped.
To ensure receipt of these e-mails, please add: ponylove@prancingponytoys.com to your list of non-spam addresses.

When will my order ship?
We do our best to be extremely prompt. Your order will ship within 24-48 hours of processing. All orders are processed within 24 hours.

Do you ship outside of the United States?
At the moment, we only ship with the United States of America. Please check back with us though, as this policy may change.

How do you ship? And how much will it cost?
When you place your order you will have the option to choose between two shipping services: United States Postal Service or UPS. Our shopping cart feature will help provide shipping cost estimates. For orders of $25 or more, Prancing Pony Toys will pay for your shipping.

How to track an order that's been shipped?
Once an order has been filled a tracking order will be emailed out to you?


Do you have an in-store pick-up option?
No, we are not a brick-and-mortar store. However, we do occasionally attend horse shows and gift fairs throughout Southern California. Please join our newsletter to receive information on upcoming dates and venues.

Do you accept returns?
Yes, we do.

Is there a time limit?

Returns most be received within 90 days of delivery.
